PUT THE PAYMENTS IN ORDER

Material payments.
Month by month.

Enter the amounts and due dates already established in your quotes or payment arrangements. The calculator groups them into calendar months so you can see when the money needs to be available.

How the totals work

Monthly total = sum of the entered payments due within that calendar month. Cumulative total = that month plus all earlier months in the schedule. Months with no entered payment are omitted. Payment amounts are added in pennies.

Use the due date, not a guessed rule

The date is the one you enter. The calculator does not infer payment terms from an order date, move payments around weekends or holidays, or check whether a charge is due. Confirm those details with the relevant quote or agreement.

This is a schedule of outgoing amounts, not a bank balance forecast: income, available funds, payments outside your entered list and actual transaction dates are not modelled. Check that each payment appears once and that any amount already paid is treated consistently with the purpose of your schedule.

Keep your own copy

The calculator runs in this page. It does not make payments or save your entries. Reset returns to one empty payment row. Record the results yourself if you need them later.
